Rosie Ruddock Pottery Return Policy

At Rosie Ruddock Pottery, we take great pride in our handmade pottery, and we aim to provide you with the highest quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our items. If you have any concerns, we are here to assist.

Return Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or replacement. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for our records.
  2. Unsatisfactory Items: If, for any reason other than damage or defect, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom Orders: Custom-made pottery items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Rosie Ruddock at rosieruddockevents@gmail.com within the specified return period and provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photographs of any damage or defects (if applicable)
  2. We will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address and additional details.
  3. Securely package the item to be returned in its original packaging, if available, and include a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship the item back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds or Replacements

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request:

  • If approved, you may choose to receive a refund to the original payment method or a replacement item, based on your preference.
  • If rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.
